Dogs In Program

At any given time, Tri-State Collie Rescue typically has between 20 and 35 dogs in our care. Many of these dogs are still receiving veterinary care or completing their foster evaluation, which allows us to learn more about their personalities, temperaments, and individual needs before determining the type of home where they will thrive.

Once a dog has completed this process and is ready to begin meeting potential adopters, they will be posted on our website and social media pages. Please check back often, as new dogs become available regularly.

All of our rescue dogs are fostered in private homes. By policy, we require an approved Adoption Application before sharing details about foster home locations and/or scheduling meet-and-greets.

Even if the dog who you’re interested in has already been adopted, please complete our online Adoption Application to tell us what you’re looking for in a new canine family member. We have so many Collies of all ages, sizes, and coat colors coming into rescue, and we’ll do our best to find your best match with another available pup, or with one who enters our program in the future.
