TSCR strives to help Collies, Shelties, and mixes thereof in need, one adoption at a time. We are always in need of foster homes, as well as donations to care for the dogs in our program. Needed donations include monetary funds to pay for veterinary care as well as supplies, such as collars, leashes, crates, food, and toys.
